Keith Stinson spent 25 years serving our country in the United States military. Through those years, he learned the meaning of discipline, integrity, and service to something greater than himself. He believed that after years of sacrifice, veterans like him would find stable footing in civilian life. What he found instead was something he never expected.
After transitioning out of the military, Keith experienced homelessness firsthand. Faced with uncertainty, he could have allowed those circumstances to define him. Instead, they lit a fire.
He began to ask the question that now drives everything All City Solutions LLC does:
"If I — a 25-year military veteran — could face housing insecurity, how many others are out there fighting the same battle alone?"
The answer motivated Keith to act. He founded All City Solutions LLC not just as a real estate company, but as a mission — a commitment to providing safe, affordable, and professionally managed shared housing to the people who deserve it most.
